Your task
: You will receive a job description for a market research analyst and two assessment reports (based on the NEO-PI-3 personality questionnaire), of two different candidates. NEO-PI-3 is common in personnel selection and assesses five main personality factors: Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness.
